Repairs

Love your pack but maybe it needs a little TLC? Get it repaired! 

We would like nothing more than to keep that nugget in circulation (and out of the landfill) - so much so that we'll split the cost with you and go halfsies up to a value of $40.

A $30 dollar repair? We'll pay $15. $80 repair? We'll pay $40 - but it caps there. You are responsible for outgoing shipping costs, we'll cover shipping for the return trip.

This goes for all issues related to normal wear and tear. If you feel the problem may be a manufacturer's defect, please reach out to us with a picture and description at info@freerangeequipment.com. If this is the case, we will repair or replace the product at no charge.
